Please do not attach your photos. Conversion runs entirely in your own browser, so we never receive the files you convert and cannot look at a specific image to diagnose a problem. Describe the device, the browser, and what happened instead.

Before you write

"It says it could not convert my file." The file may not be a real HEIC/HEIF photo, or it may be corrupted. Files exported or re-saved by some apps are not valid HEIC even if the extension says so.
